About Sandy Toes

Sandy Toes was born from a love of the beach and coastal living – I’d spend hours happily combing the shores. I love driftwood, sea glass, shells and pebbles and enjoyed creating something from my finds.

I first started selling at The Brixham Arts and Crafts Market, which gave me a little taster of retail, so after a few months, when the smallest shop in Brixham came up for rent I decided to go for it. I added to my handmade goodies by sourcing work from other artists and craftspeople and buying in from various companies … I was in my element and still am!

From my teeny shop, I moved (quite literally!) around the corner, where I could fill a much bigger space, after six months of opening in Brixham’s beautiful harbour, we opened a second shop in Fleet Street in Torquay.

We try really hard to find beautiful, unique and thoughtful gifts, the kinds to treasure forever and bring a smile. We are constantly evolving and are keen to please all our lovely customers.

We sell a wide range of products & gift ideas – Local arts and crafts, homewares, pictures, clocks, candles, jewellery, keepsakes, books, bags and cards … we like to think there’s something for everyone!
