Delivery
We deliver to the UK and the Republic of Ireland using Royal Mail. Orders are typically packed & dispatched within 24 hours. Special Delivery is available for an additional fee. If your order is urgent or if you need more information, please contact us at sa***@***************co.uk.

Overseas / International Delivery
Please note that this service is currently unavailable. Should you require an order to be delivered overseas, please contact us at sa***@***************co.uk for further information and a shipping quote.

Collect In-store
Local pickup at our store is available for free. To use this option, just place your order online and select ‘local pickup.’ You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for collection, which is typically within 48 hours. After that, feel free to visit our Brixham store to collect your items in person!

Out of Stock
Items advertised on the website may not always be available, but we will promptly inform the ordering party if an item is out of stock and arrange for a refund, replacement, or backorder.

Return Policy
In case of wrong delivery or damaged goods we grant a right of return within two weeks of delivery. All products with a clear error will be replaced at no extra cost for the customer. All returns are inspected by a member of staff and a decision whether to replace or refund will be made as appropriate. Goods without any error / damage will not be taken back unless we agree to do so. In that case a minimum charge of 25% of the total order value will be charged to the ordering party. Compensation for any sort of damage is limited to 50% of total purchase value.
